Johnny Luo, MD
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Johnny Luo is the Chief Executive Officer of Doctor’s Choice and a Brown University–trained physician with more than 14 years of experience in Medicare education. He has personally helped over 1,000 individuals navigate Medicare decisions and led the development of Doctor’s Choice’s employer-based Medicare education program.
Dr. Luo works with employers and their advisors to design objective, compliant education models that support employee confidence, business continuity, and responsible cost management. He brings deep expertise across all areas of Medicare and ensures Doctor’s Choice delivers guidance that is unbiased and aligned with employer needs.
Leah Luo, RN, Esq
CHIEF OPERATING & COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Leah Luo brings clinical, legal, and enterprise compliance expertise to Doctor’s Choice. With a background in nursing and healthcare law, she previously worked in contracting, enterprise compliance, HIPAA audits, and policy review at a $1B+ hospital system.
At Doctor’s Choice, Leah oversees compliance strategy, privacy policies, vendor oversight, and system level compliance to ensure operations meet regulatory and contractual standards. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar.
Dien Du
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
Dien Du leads Doctor’s Choice’s client services and enrollment operations. With more than half a decade of Medicare experience, Dien and his team have supported over 10,000 clients and families through Medicare education and enrollment timelines.
Dien manages the enrollment and service team, ensuring consistent, high-quality, white-glove support for employees and their families. Under Dien’s leadership, Doctor’s Choice maintains a 90+ Net Promoter Score (NPS), reflecting a strong focus on clarity, responsiveness, and client trust.
Aziz Khoury
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Aziz Khoury leads engineering and technology at Doctor’s Choice. He previously worked as a developer at Amazon Kiva, where he gained experience in workflow automation, data aggregation, and large-scale systems.
At Doctor’s Choice, Aziz oversees an in-house technology team and supports platforms including CRM infrastructure, decision-support tools, and healthcare data workflows. He focuses on building secure, scalable systems that enable compliant Medicare education and efficient service delivery for employers and employees.
