How It Started

“Instead of practicing medicine after finishing Medical School at Brown University, I chose a different career path--to improve the healthcare system.

After spending time working in a primary care office, it became clear that we're doing no favors for the health of our nation's seniors. Medicare is confusing. From talking with my patients, I found that the average senior spends 40 hours trying to figure out how to enroll in Medicare. What's worse, if they make mistakes during the enrollment process, they can be required to pay penalties for the rest of their life.

I believe that making the right choices for our health should be easy. So I embarked on a journey to learn every detail and loophole of Medicare. And I used what I learned to bring seniors a service to guide them before, during, and after their transition to Medicare.

By serving seniors with integrity and providing them with personalized, unbiased guidance, we make Medicare easy, and even enjoyable for our members.”

Commonly Asked Questions

How does your service work?

Medicare is complex and not following the right steps to sign up when you're supposed to can lead to lifelong penalties or being locked out of certain levels of coverage.

We help provide you with expert guidance and education so that you can feel assured you're making an educated decision.

What you can expect when working through us is 3 things: our team looks at your needs confidentially, your doctors, medications, and unique situations, we help create a plan as to when you should sign up and what Medicare supplemental plans can cost, we also help fill out the paperwork with you and provide guidance after you enroll.

Is there a cost to your service?

There is no cost to you or any loved ones for our services as an individual. Our service is offered as an provider benefit. Additionally, when we help you enroll in a Medicare plan, our company as a whole is compensated by the insurance company you decide to go with.

We stay objective in the sense that we look at a wide array of offerings from insurance companies to match with your needs. Our team of advocates is also salaried to remove any financial bias and there is no markup on any plan we recommend.

In addition to providing Medicare guidance, as a member, our service is available to you for life with no limit on access.

How does your consultation work?

Once you schedule a consultation with us (Call/Video), you will receive a link via email to fill out some basic info as well as your current medications and doctor's information. This allows our advocate to start their research ahead of your consultation.

At the time of the consultation, our advocate will call you directly over the phone, or get on Zoom. The consultation will last approximately 30-45 minutes. Once the consultation is over, our advocate will email you a summary of everything you discussed as well as plan recommendation based on your healthcare needs and situation.
